This tea saved my life. I had a very very heavy flow, and my cramps was out of this world. Plus, my menstrual was irregular. It would come on once every two months. After drinking the tea for 3 weeks off and on because I wasn't constant with taking it. It allows my menstrual to be regular and i dnt get those stomach and back cramps.
